We built Testudy because most of what you need to know is already written down — in your notes, your slides, the docs at work — and getting from "I have the material" to "I actually know this" should be easy.
Our Story
It started with testudy.io - a simple idea that testing yourself is one of the most effective ways to learn. We built a quiz generator that helped thousands of students study smarter, not harder.
But we kept hearing the same feedback: "I love the quizzes, but the stuff I actually need to learn is in my own notes and documents."
People were re-reading the same PDFs, watching the same videos twice, asking the same colleague — with no plan and nothing that stuck.
So we built Testudy.
Upload what you have and say what you want to be able to do. Testudy explains the key ideas, builds a course you can finish, and shows you where every answer came from. Nothing written down? The coach asks the questions and writes it up.
One subscription works across both apps because we believe learning tools should work together, not compete for your wallet.
